I studied General Psychology in the Higher Institute of Human Sciences in Tunis, Tunisia and I’m currently a M.Sc. student in Psychology at University of Montreal. Passionate about the neuropsychology of music, I want to study more about the cognitive process involved in the musical activity, the role of music in social bonding, and the impact of music listening and practicing on the social and emotional development of people suffering from neurodevelopmental disorders. I’m working currently, under the supervision of Prof. Isabelle Peretz, on the impact of group singing on the francization and the social integration among the new immigrants.
Moreover, I am a singer, a songwriter, a composer, and a violin player.
